PRIMARY EDUCATION

    The program is committed to providing an exceptional educational experience grounded in the principles of role modeling, guided by the core values of Excellence, Caring, Persistence, Religious Faith, Integrity, and Synergy. This foundational approach aims to nurture Guidance and Counseling teachers who are well-equipped with professional, pedagogical, personal, and social competencies.

     In pursuit of academic excellence, the program places a strong emphasis on conducting high-quality, impactful research. This research is also anchored in the same values of role modeling, ensuring that the findings contribute significantly to the advancement of the Guidance and Counseling field. The program seeks to produce graduates who not only possess the necessary competencies but are also prepared to make meaningful contributions to their profession.

     Community service plays a vital role in the program’s mission. By engaging in initiatives grounded in rigorous research, the program encourages students to apply their learning in real-world contexts. This involvement enhances their social awareness and sensitivity, enabling them to effectively address educational and social challenges faced by their communities.

     Moreover, the program is focused on developing strong collaborative partnerships with both governmental and non-governmental organizations. These partnerships are intended to enhance the program's performance, improve the quality of education, and increase the acceptability of its graduates in the workforce. Through these efforts, the Guidance and Counseling Study Program aims to create a lasting impact both within the academic sphere and in society at large.

2. Teaching plan related to your major

    During my internship here, I was assigned to teach Math for grade 2 on October 10, 2024, English for grade 4 on October 16, 2024, and Math for grade 3 on October 24, 2024. Each lesson lasts about 70 minutes. Before teaching, I will send the teacher a lesson plan for the teacher to suggest. After teaching based on the actual problem of how to organize, I will consult the educational architect to edit according to the comments of the instructor to complete my lesson plan.
